Live session

Why your new hires and AI agents fail

How to build the playbook of knowledge that makes both succeed

Thursday 3 September 2026, 18:00 CEST. Online on YouTube. Session plus Q&A.

Who this is for

You have answered the same question for the fifth time this year

Managers

Managers who onboard people and end up teaching instead of working.

Founders

Founders whose company runs on what only they know.

Talent leads

Talent and people leads who watch the same ramp-up repeat with every hire.

What you leave with

Where the time actually goes when someone joins.

Three moments where the same cost gets paid again: the weeks before anyone is productive, the ramp-up that runs through your senior people, and the day someone leaves and takes the context with them. You will know which of the three is costing you most, and which one to fix first.

How to onboard without your best people carrying it.

The mechanic that makes a question answered once instead of once per hire, and what has to be in place for it to hold.

Why your AI tools guess about your own company.

Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read what you wrote down. Most of how your company works was never written down anywhere, so they improvise. You will see what to give them so they stop.

The tools this applies to

Three parts

Why it stays broken

What bad onboarding looks like, and why it survives in almost every company.

What good looks like

What good onboarding looks like, built around one hour from the person who knows.

Then the tools work

How the same knowledge makes AI tools and agents useful instead of confidently wrong.

Forty-five minutes, then fifteen minutes of questions. This is not a product demo. Opmore comes up near the end because it is what we built after running into this ourselves.

Live Q&A

Bring the question you actually have

The last fifteen minutes are yours. Mo answers live, on your case, not on a general one.

  • Where does the time go when we onboard someone, and which part do we fix first?
  • How do we get an AI tool to answer about our company instead of guessing?
  • What do we do about the knowledge that leaves when a person does?

The recording goes out afterwards. Your question does not get answered on it.

Who is running it

Mohammed Alsaadi

Mohammed Alsaadi speaking at an event, presenting to a seated audience

Founder and CEO of Opmore, based in Stockholm. Engineering BSc, business MSc. Opmore started as his master thesis at Chalmers and turned into a company.

Before that: thirteen roles across as many companies, over $2 million in sales, and in roles working with brands like Volvo, Koenigsegg, Tesla and Nvidia. He co-founded Bioelectrix, a medtech startup working on electrical wound healing, which he left to start Opmore. He hit the onboarding problem first hand every time, and the knowledge a business runs on was never transferable, so he built the fix.

He also hosts Startup Fika, a show where he sits down with founders and operators to get at the playbooks their companies actually run on.
