Private testing

We are building Opmore with a handful of real companies.

It is not self-serve yet. We set each company up by hand, so we take a few at a time. Apply to be one of them, or join the waitlist and we will keep you posted.

How we work

Start with an audit. We build the rest with you.

The Onboarding Department

Or hand us the whole thing.

We run your onboarding end to end: every role, every hire, kept current, so nobody on your team writes a doc again. We take on two companies at a time.

Partnerships

Sell your own AI to your clients.

If people pay for your knowledge, we can build an AI on your material and put it in their hands. No upfront cost: we build it and run it with you, and share in what it earns. It is a real partnership, so it starts with a conversation.

Contact usHow it works

We are in private testing and take on a few companies a month, so we price each one on the call and the earliest testers get the best rate. The shape: the audit is the way in, then a one-time build, then a small monthly for the agent. You own your playbook either way.

FAQ

Questions

We are in private testing, so we price each company on the call and the earliest testers get the best rate. The shape is simple: the audit is the way in, then a one-time build, then a small monthly for the agent. You own your playbook either way.

The Onboarding Leak Audit, for our first testers. We take apart how you onboard today, where the questions went and what only lives in your head, and hand you a written report with each gap costed. It is useful on its own, and if you go ahead it is credited in full against the build.

For the done-with-you build: a one-time setup, where we run the interview and build the playbook and the agent with you, then a small monthly for the agent that starts only once your first hire is onboarded. If you go self-serve later, you pay for the work the agent does, in credits.

Apply to be a tester at the top of this page. We set each company up by hand, so we take a few at a time, and a founder-led team that is hiring usually gets a call within a day or two. Not ready to commit? Join the waitlist and we will keep you posted as spots open.

The company playbook is shared. A personal tab is one person’s own workbench on top of it: their call queue, their deal room, their daily debrief, their handover. The agent reads them before it answers anything and writes back as they work, filling in the numbers, dates and statuses on its own, and asking before it writes a sentence in your name. It matters beyond productivity: when someone leaves, their tabs are what the next person inherits.

A credit is a unit of the agent’s work on our side. Credits get spent when the agent goes and does something: a chained task across your tools, an import, a scheduled sweep. A heavier model draws more per task than a lighter one, and you always see the meter, so nothing runs up a bill you did not watch happen.

Whichever fits the task. We are model-agnostic, so you are never locked to one vendor and you can pick a lighter model for cheap work or a stronger one for the hard jobs. Your playbook is yours, hosted in the EU and run from Stockholm, and you can export or delete it any time.

That is the sharpest fit. Founder-led, hiring, nothing written down yet, and everything important still living in one or two heads. That is exactly who this was built for. Apply to be a tester and we will take it from there.

You cannot scale what only works when you are in the room. Build the system once, then let it onboard everyone who comes after you.

Tell us about your company and we build the Playbook. The gaps in your half-built one are exactly where onboarding is costing your best people their time.
