Opmore extracts how your company runs into a playbook, then runs an agent on top of it to onboard new hires and carry out work across your tools. That means we hold real knowledge and real access. The core app runs on a Stockholm VPS and your playbook database is hosted in the EU, operated by our team in Sweden. When the agent generates a reply, the relevant content is sent to the external model providers we name in our privacy policy, some of which process it outside the EU. The policy lists every provider and where it runs.
We never train models on your data. The external model providers we use, Anthropic and Qwen via OpenRouter, state they do not train on API data by default. Your content is sent only to generate the replies you ask for.
The playbook is yours. Ask us and we export it in a machine-readable format or delete it, and we action export and deletion requests within 30 days. When you leave, nothing is held back beyond what we are legally required to keep, like invoices.
The agent does not get blanket access to your tools. It reads your playbook and acts only through the specific connections you grant, each one scoped, and you can disconnect any of them yourself at any time.
Each tool you connect is its own scoped credential, authorized through Pipedream Connect. Connect only what a task needs, and disconnect any of them yourself at any time.

We are a small team building this in the open, so we are not going to wave certifications we have not earned. We only claim what we can back up, and our privacy policy has the full data-flow detail, including where your content is processed. As we grow, the formal side grows with us, and we will say so here when it does.
