About Opmore

You can't scale what only works when you are in the room.

Most companies run on knowledge that lives in one head. The founder knows how the work gets done, why the calls go the way they do, what good actually looks like. Then they hire. The new person spends months trying to absorb something nobody ever wrote down, and the founder becomes the manual.

Opmore extracts that knowledge into a Playbook: how your company operates, how decisions get made, how the work is supposed to sound. Then we run an agent on top of it. The agent onboards new hires, answers their questions, and does real work across the tools your team already uses, and it lives in Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp.

The result is simple. A new hire is effective on day one instead of after six months of figuring things out, and the operation no longer breaks the moment you step out of the room.

Where the method came from

The extraction method started with sales. We built OPTICS, six pillars that pull how a founder actually sells out of their head and into a structure anyone can follow. It worked, and the same approach turned out to apply to every part of a company: how decisions get made, how the work gets done, how a new hire is supposed to think. OPTICS is one tab in a bigger Playbook now. The principle behind it runs through all of them.

The framework

What OPTICS actually is

OPTICS is the six-pillar framework behind every commercial playbook we build: the six things a company must be able to answer to sell without the founder in the room. The free diagnostic scores your website against all six. It grew out of the research below, then got hardened on real playbooks.

O

Offering

What you sell, what it costs, and why it beats the alternatives.

P

Prospecting

How buyers enter your pipeline, and what they hear when they do.

T

Targeting

Who you work with, and who you skip.

I

Insights

What you know about your buyer that the competition does not.

C

Conversion

How a deal moves from first meeting to signed, and what to do when it stalls.

S

Scalability

Could someone else run this from the playbook alone?

The research behind OPTICS

"Throwing Pasta and Finding Fit" is a master's thesis written at Chalmers University of Technology on how early-stage B2B SaaS companies build their first sales process. It studied what actually works when you have no brand, no team, and no playbook, and the findings became the foundation for the OPTICS framework.

The bigger picture

New people don't fail because they aren't good. They fail because every answer they need lives in someone's head, and asking twice feels like proof they don't belong. So they stay quiet, and they stay blocked. Opmore pulls how your company actually works out of those heads and into a living playbook, with an agent anyone can ask anything, five times if they need to, without feeling slow for asking. That is how someone becomes productive from day one, whatever their background. And it is how the people around them get their time back for the parts only people can do.

Who's building this

A small team that got tired of being the bottleneck.

We built Opmore because we lived the problem. Everything important sat in one head, and nobody new could move without us. We are around four people today, and we build the Playbook for every company we work with ourselves.

Founder, sells and sets the direction

Has spent the last five years selling, and has generated over a million in revenue for other people’s companies. An engineer first, then a salesman, with a master’s thesis on how early-stage B2B companies build their first sales process. That research became OPTICS. Every company he sold for had the same hole in it: everything that made the job work lived in someone’s head, and he was usually that someone. Opmore is the tool he wanted in every one of those jobs and never had.

Co-Founder, builds the product

Has been building games for as long as he can remember, and spent years leading dev teams into the same wall every time: everything that mattered lived in one or two heads, and a new person could not move without interrupting them. He wished a tool like this existed back then. Now he builds it, so what a team learns about a company turns into something every new hire there can use the next morning.
