Sticky, a small yellow sticky-note figure, sits on a stack of books and writes in a notepad. Behind it, a corkboard of new-hire questions, like What are my yearly benefits? and Who approves my expenses?, and a poster that says Keep calm and have a fika. A cinnamon bun waits on the desk.

Your team, your AI agents and your new hires, with the right information.

Sticky in action

Sticky answers with its source, finds the person who knows when nothing is written down, interviews them, and keeps the answer for the next person.

Read the script
  1. Narrator: Every team runs on answers nobody wrote down. Opmore fixes that.
  2. Narrator: When you have a question, Sticky finds the answer, and shows where it came from.
  3. Narrator: When it isn't written down, Sticky finds the person who knows. Then send them a question, or set up a short interview.
  4. Narrator: Ben gets an email. One click. No meeting, no login.
  5. Narrator: Then Sticky asks him the questions that fill the gaps.
  6. Sticky: Walk me through it. What happens first?
  7. Narrator: After the call, you get a report of the interview. Where people agree, where they differ, and what nobody covered. It lands in your Inbox.
  8. Narrator: And the answers go into the playbook, for the next person.
  9. Narrator: Next week, when Omar asks the same thing, he gets the answer right away. No interview needed.
  10. Narrator: Already in Slack? Ask Sticky there. Working in Claude or ChatGPT? Connect Opmore as an MCP, and give your agents the answers they need.
  11. Narrator: So your team gets asked once, and answered for everyone after.
  12. Narrator: Opmore. Your team, with the right information.

Ask Sticky what a new hire asks

A sample sales team and its playbook. Watch Sticky take a new hire's first questions, and see what it does with one it can't answer.

Try it on a sample company. Tap a question, or type your own.

Ask StickySample company, a new sales hire's first week
StickyHi, I'm Sticky. I know how this sample sales team works. Ask me what a new person asks in week one.

How we measure it: the share of first-week questions Sticky answers by itself.

How it works

Asked once, answered for good

Before day one, Sticky interviews the people who do the job, by voice or text, and writes the role playbook from their answers. From then on, every question goes round this loop.

Each time round the loop, the playbook answers more by itself, and fewer questions reach your experts.

  1. Ask

Your new hire asks Sticky first.

Any first-week question, in their own words.

  2. Answer

The playbook answers, with its source.

Each answer shows who it came from, so they can check it.

  3. Not in it yet

Sticky asks the right expert, once.

Only what the playbook can't answer reaches a person.

  4. Written back

The answer goes into the playbook.

Your new hire gets it now. The next person gets it from Sticky.

Week one

New on Monday. Productive by Friday.

The sample sales team from the demo: Sara leads the team, Lena is in HR. A new hire's first five days, both ways.

  1. Monday

    Without Sticky:

Gets the whole handbook as a PDF and a folder of links. Reads all day, remembers little.

    • Handbook.pdf
    • Links

    With Sticky:

Asks Sticky what to do on day one. Gets the plan, with its source next to it.

    • Source: Day one plan
  2. Tuesday

    Without Sticky:

Can't find who signs off on a discount. Asks Sara.

    • Asked Sara

    With Sticky:

Asks Sticky who signs off on a discount. The answer comes from Sara's interview.

    • Source: Sara's interview, Pricing
  3. Wednesday

    Without Sticky:

Asks Sara again, how to log a call in the CRM this time. She's in a meeting, so the new hire waits.

    • Waiting for Sara

    With Sticky:

Asks about yearly benefits. They aren't in the playbook yet, so Sticky asks Lena in HR, once.

    • Asked Lena, HR
  4. Thursday

    Without Sticky:

Sara stops her own work to explain it again, the way she did for the last new person.

    • Sara, again

    With Sticky:

Lena's answer is in the playbook now. The next person who asks gets it from Sticky.

    • Saved to the playbook
  5. Friday

    Without Sticky:

Still looking for the right person to ask. Sara lost part of her week too.

    With Sticky:

Spent the week on the work. Sara spent it on hers.

Roles

A Sticky for every role

Each role you hire into gets its own playbook, and its own Sticky that knows it.

  • Coral Sticky with a headset and a name badge, next to a desk phone.
    Sales

Pricing, the pipeline, and who signs off on a discount.

  • Purple Sticky holding an orange megaphone, next to paint swatches.
    Marketing

The brand rules, the tone of voice, and where the files live.

  • Blue Sticky in round glasses carrying a tiny laptop, next to a keyboard.
    Engineering

The setup, how code gets shipped, and who reviews yours.

  • Yellow Sticky waving from a laptop box, next to a name badge and a card that says Welcome to the team.
    Your role

Operations, finance, support, or the role you hire into next. Sticky learns it from the people who do it.

Your tools

Your playbook answers wherever your team works.

No new app to learn in week one.

Opmore turns what your experts know into a playbook, then connects it to the chat apps and AI tools your team already uses. Ask there, and the answer comes back with its source.

Who sets it up: an admin adds Opmore to Slack once. In ChatGPT or Claude, each person connects Opmore with their own sign-in.

Question: @Opmore what are my yearly benefits?

Answer: 30 days of holiday, a 5,000 kr wellness allowance and lunch on Fridays. Lena sends you the benefits page on your first morning.

Built in Sweden, stored in the EU

The app runs on a server in Sweden. Your playbook is stored in an EU database in Ireland.

  • We don't train AI models on your data.

  • The playbook is yours

Ask and we export it or delete it.

  • Voice is optional

Your experts can talk or type. Voice becomes text in your playbook, and the voice service deletes its copy of the call within a day.

  • Where your questions go

To answer, Sticky sends the parts of your playbook a question needs to an AI model. We pick the model for each task, based on what it needs and what you prefer, and route through OpenRouter so we can switch when a better model comes along.

The privacy policy names each provider.

  • Connected tools

Each person signs in to Opmore from their own AI tool, and the tool reaches only the playbooks they are on. What it reads goes to the company behind that tool (OpenAI, for ChatGPT), under your account with them. In a Slack channel, everyone there sees the answer, guests included.

To switch it off: each person disconnects their AI tools in their Opmore settings, removing someone from a playbook disconnects theirs, and a Slack admin can remove the app.

End of the day. Sticky stands on a sunlit desk next to a neat row of finished sticky notes.
